Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders received at Silver GHAR are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Area:
We deliver only within Pakistan.

Delivery Method & Charges:
Delivery is completely free if the customer accepts the order. In case of return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product.

Delivery Time:
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Any delay will be communicated to the customer via WhatsApp.

Payment Options:
Customers can place orders via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Advance Payment (JazzCash / EasyPaisa). A 17% discount is available only on Advance Payment. After placing the order, the customer must notify us via WhatsApp +92 312 8252511, we will confirm the discount, and provide the total payable amount.

Returns & Refunds for Delivery:
If the customer wishes to return the product after delivery, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
