Welcome to Silver GHAR. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and merchants. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Silver GHAR sells skin care and hair care products within Pakistan only. All products are intended for cosmetic use. Results may vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Customers are advised to review the ingredient list carefully before use, especially if they have known sensitivities or allergies.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. A 17 percent discount is available only for advance payments. To receive the discount, customers must select a non-COD payment option at checkout, place the order, and contact us via WhatsApp +92 312 8252511 for confirmation. The discounted amount will be confirmed, and the order will be processed only after full payment is received.

We provide delivery across Pakistan. Delivery is generally free when the customer accepts the order. However, if a customer chooses to return an accepted order, both forward and return courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Only the product amount will be eligible for refund, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Silver GHAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not confirmed, product stock is unavailable, or suspicious activity is detected. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that the use of our products is at your own responsibility, and Silver GHAR shall not be liable for any indirect or unexpected reactions.
